This online class will expand and introduce foundation skills we lightly presented during our New to Agility Workshop. This class is again geared towards competition but will not require any agility equipment. We will post video content on a weekly basis and we invite you to post videos of your training sessions. Team Five Points will provide feedback. This will be hosted in a private Facebook group and will require you to have a Facebook account Full payment is required upon registration.
